Sunday is the day of Resurrection, of the victory of life over death, of hope over despair. It is the day of the Church’s encounter with Christ in the Mass, where we are nourished by Jesus in His word and, above all, in Eucharistic Communion where He is truly present.

Therefore, the better we prepare ourselves to celebrate Mass on Sunday, the better we are ready to receive God’s grace. Each week, the readings given to us at Mass speak to all of us as Christians. Every week our parish priests present us with a brief biblical reflection to help us in this preparation for Sunday.
